WHY DOES MY DANCER NEED TO WEAR MAKE UP?

Wearing make-up on stage is very important for dancers to look their best. Make-up should be applied heavier than normal. Though it may seem like it is too much, it is necessary for the dancers not to look washed out under the bright stage lights. Please be sure to blend the make-up well, especially at the neckline. ALL MAKE-UP SHOULD HAVE A MATTE FINISH.
